If You Bought Through Our Shopify Store
If your order was placed on leanandhealthy.myshopify.com (our store checkout), our own refund policy applies. In short: you have 30 days from delivery to let us know you'd like a return, and we handle everything with the supplier on your behalf, then pass the full refund back to you. The whole process can take up to 30 days from approval.

If You Bought Through Amazon
If you clicked a "Buy on Amazon" button on our site and completed your purchase on amazon.co.uk (or any Amazon regional site), Amazon is the seller and their refund policy applies.
To request a refund or return:
- Sign in to your Amazon account
- Visit Amazon Customer Service — Returns & Refunds →
- Or go directly to Your Orders and follow the "Return or Replace Items" link next to the item in question
Amazon typically offers a 30-day window for most items; longer for specific categories. Check the linked help page for the exact rules that apply to your order.
If You Bought Through a Different Retailer
Some of our links may take you to other trusted retailers. In every case, the retailer listed on your order confirmation is the one who can issue a refund. Their refund policy is usually linked from the footer of their website.
How We Can Help
For Shopify store orders, we handle the full returns process for you — you just email us and we'll take it from there. For Amazon orders, refunds are handled by Amazon directly, but we'd still love to hear from you if a product we've recommended has let you down — it affects whether we keep recommending it.
