About These Terms
These terms apply when you browse our website and when you place an order with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Shipping information and Refunds & Returns policy, which together explain how we work.
Products & Descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can, using information from the supplier along with our own checks. Photographs are for illustration and packaging or formulations can occasionally change. The health, fitness and wellness products we sell are not a substitute for professional medical advice - if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, please check with a qualified professional before using a new supplement or making a big change to your diet or exercise.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown separately and confirmed at checkout before you pay. We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate, but if we spot a genuine error (for example an item priced obviously wrong) we may cancel that order and give you a full refund - we'll always contact you first. Products are subject to availability and we may change or withdraw items at any time.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it, and payment is taken securely through our checkout provider - we never see or store your full card details. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
Delivery
Our trusted partner suppliers hold the stock and post your order directly to you, so an order that includes items from more than one supplier may arrive as separate parcels. Delivery costs and estimated timings are shown clearly at checkout. Full details are on our Delivery & Shipping page.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you can cancel or return eligible items and we'll handle the process for you - just email us. How this works, and the time limits that apply, are set out on our Refunds & Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Your Statutory Rights
As a consumer you have rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 - for example that goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. These terms do not, and are not intended to, limit or exclude any of those statutory rights.
Using Our Website
You're welcome to use our website for browsing and shopping. Please don't misuse it - that means no attempting to break, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, and no using it for anything unlawful. The Lean & Healthy name, logo, page content and design belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Our Responsibility to You
We take real care over our website and the products we list, and we provide the site on a reasonable-effort basis. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so - this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, we're not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Privacy
We only collect the information we need to run the shop and fulfil your order, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time - for example if the way we work changes. The "last updated" date at the top always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the latest terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be handled by the UK courts.
