Almond Flour & Blueberry Cookies

These tender little cookies are made almost entirely from ground almonds, so they are naturally grain-free and low in sugar. Fresh blueberries burst into pockets of jammy sweetness as they bake, which means they need no added sugar at all. They come together in one bowl and are best still slightly warm.

Cook's tip
With no flour or added sugar, these fit a lower-sugar, blood-sugar-friendly way of eating. Let them cool fully on the tray - grain-free cookies are fragile when hot.
